Corbyn Head Beach

This lovely little sandy beach lies to the south of Torre Abbey Sands, close to Abbey Meadows. With colourful beach huts and interesting rock pools, this beach is very popular with families.

Close to the town centre of Torquay it is an easy walk from some of the main areas of accommodation.  Bus services are available adjacent to the promenade, Bus no 12 Belgrave Road.  There is a pay car park a short distance away.

Disabled Access: Access is easy from the road. There is a slipway down to the beach and a short promenade.
Dogs: Banned from beach during summer season. There is a dog exercise area on Torre Abbey Meadows.

Facilities: Cafe, Beach huts, Toilets (open summer only), Disabled visitors’ facilities, Disabled access to beach, Deckchair hire, Slipway and Beach Shower

Car Park: Abbey Park and Torre Valley are over 5 minutes walk from the beach as is Shedden Hill which has disabled visitors’ spaces.
